Leicester City expected starting XI to pick up all 3 points Vs Sheffield Wednesday on Wednesday evening as Top-class forward returns to the line up [Easy 3 Points for Enzo Maresca]

Foxes of Leicester predict the Leicester City lineup ahead of the Sheffield Wednesday match on Wednesday evening. Jamie Vardy returns to the starting XI. In the meantime, the Watford manager has had a real moan about the legendary Foxes goalscorer.

Enzo Maresca is currently conducting his pre-match press conference as I type. So let’s take a look at Leicester fitness and injury updates prior to naming our expected side. Maresca confirmed that only Callum Doyle remains sidelined for the upcoming fixture.

Mads Hermansen; James Justin, Wout Faes, Jannik Vestergaard, Ricardo Pereira; Harry Winks; Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall, Wilfred Ndidi; Stephy Mavididi, Kasey McAteer; Jamie Vardy.

Leicester City icon Jamie Vardy strikes again:

If Vardy had just bagged a brace against my team, legally clattered and embarrassed one of my players and won the game – I’d be annoyed, too! Hornets gaffer Valerien Ismael was in that position at the weekend, funnily enough. And he was not best pleased.

Ismael, a loser on the day in question with his floundering Watford side now in a disappointing 15th place in the Championship, was upset with refereeing and LCFC’s GOAT at the final whistle. Basically, the 48-year-old thought Vardy should have been dismissed for a second yellow card after a hard but fair challenge which smashed Hornet, Wesley Hoedt.

The Fox did not receive a red card; he played on, winning the contest with two goals after missing another two typically easy opportunities to see off the Hertfordshire outfit. Ismael said that Vardy was “Very, very lucky” to stay on the pitch following the tackle. Yet the referee considered the action fine.

To be honest, Ismael was even complaining about his player being booked for kicking the ball away. Therefore I don’t think the Blue Army need to worry about his biased views much at all.
