Tottenham Hotspur are looking for a new defender and Genoa ace Radu Dragusin is among the players they want to sign in January.
Dragusin is a target for a number of clubs and his agent even admitted that he has been to England to meet clubs.
Manchester United are among the clubs that want Dragusin and, according to Football Transfers, Tottenham are also one of the teams that would like to sign the 21-year-old.
Genoa value Dragusin at around £26 million and will not sell him unless someone comes along who will pay that kind of money.
Spurs want to strengthen their defence in January if possible. Everton’s Jarrod Branthwaite is also interested in Tottenham, who are desperate to strengthen Anže Postecoglou in January.
Radu Dragusin could help Tottenham finish in the top four:
Tottenham certainly has some room for improvement in the second half of the season, but January gives them a chance to really strengthen their ranks.
It is difficult to make deals in January, but Tottenham must definitely make sure that it fills its squad with more quality.
Postecoglou has done well and it’s quite clear that he doesn’t like Eric Dier either, so a new defender is a must.
Dragusin is one of the best players in Serie A and there is no doubt that with more training and improvement he can become a top player.
Tottenham can really make a big splash this season and show that they will stay in the race to finish in the top four.
But to do that they will need new signings and January is a great opportunity for them to improve.
