Tottenham Hotspur have been one of the Premier League’s entertainers this season, having previously bored themselves and their opponents.
Ange Postecoglou rightly deserves praise for Tottenham’s turnaround in style, bringing life and fearlessness to a previously defensive-minded team.
But while the Spurs boss is receiving praise from left, right and centre. Members of his coaching staff also deserve attention.
One of them is Chris Davies, Swansea City’s managerial target, who, according to Tim Sherwood, is “very hard-working”, as he told Sky Sports
The former Tottenham boss said he knows Chris Davies ‘very well’ and that he worked with the 38-year-old when he was doing his professional licence.

“I think he has done his job perfectly. I would miss him a lot. I’m not sure how much training Posecoglou does on his own. But he certainly lays out a plan for the coaches and Ryan Mason is also present.
“It all depends on whether he wants to take this opportunity or not. He has been to Swansea before with Brendan Rodgers. It’s a chance to dive into that carousel.”
After losing key players to injuries, Spurs have embarked on a pretty tough run, losing to Chelsea and Aston Villa among others.
But now they are back to winning ways after beating Nottingham Forest on Friday – Paul Merson praised Dejan Kulushevski.
If you’re a Spurs fan, the only thing that bothers you about this game is that the players can’t stop shooting themselves in the foot.
Yves Bissouma has been sent off for the second time this season and has now missed four Premier League games.
The problem is that the Malian international will also fly out for the African Cup of Nations in January, so Spurs fans won’t see him until February, which is just another punch in the face.
