AS Roma boss Jose Mourinho is not only interested in signing Eric Dier from Tottenham Hotspur, but also wants Sergio Reguilon.
Spurs have an incredible squad of players at the moment, and when they are all healthy they can compete with any club in the Premier League. Dier and Reguilon were regulars when Mourinho was at the club, but now they are both redundant. The latter is currently on loan at Manchester United.

Manchester United have signed Sergio Reguilon on a season-long loan deal from Tottenham Hotspur.
It would be ideal for the Spurs to finish the season at Old Trafford, but Erik ten Hag admitted earlier this month that there is a “break clause” in his contract that gives them the option to send him back to north London (Mirror).
If that happens, it is highly unlikely that Ange Postecoglou will reinstate him in his squad, meaning a move would be highly unlikely.
Borussia Dortmund have been linked with a transfer for Reguilon, and now his old boss Jose Mourinho also wants him, Il Romanista reports.
The AS Roma manager wants to strengthen his defence in the January transfer window. He has been strongly linked with the transfer of Eric Dier recently, but the report claims that he has told his club’s transfer managers to sign Reguilon now.
The Spaniard, signed for £32m by Mourinho at Tottenham (Sky Sports), has played 29 times under the Special One in the 2020/21 season.
Eric Dier has hardly got a chance at Tottenham this season, while Sergio Reguilon has impressed at times on loan at Manchester United.
However, the future of both players is far from secure and a move in 2024 is very, very likely.
Mourinho has held both Dier and Reguilon in high regard during his time at Tottenham. Both of them have done very well at times under his management and there is no reason why they would not do well if they are reunited at Roma.
It will be interesting to see what happens in the coming months, but we will not be surprised if these two deals materialise if offers come in.
