David Moyes is set to take revenge on Mikel Arteta for stealing Declan Rice as West Ham Boss likely to SIGN £50m Arsenal hattrick hero

Before the January transfer deadline, David Moyes has the audacity to bring one of Arsenal’s strikers to West Ham United.

Tonight the two teams will compete in the Premier League, which could be another opportunity for Moyes to explore.

Although Mikel Arteta wants a new striker at Arsenal, David Moyes has been without a goalscorer at West Ham for too long.

Michail Antonio has been a consistent player, but he will never score 20 goals or more in one season.

Given this, it now seems that David Moyes wants Arsenal to return the favour after West Ham parted company with Declan Rice.

According to the Standard, Moyes is known to be a great admirer of Arsenal’s Eddie Nketiah, a player who could leave north London in the near future.

Despite his good moments, Nketiah has not reached a stable enough level to claim a place in the Arsenal first team.

With Arsenal asking £50 million for Nketiah in January, a player they value much more than Folarin Balogun, West Ham could be tempted.

Fans are hoping that Declan Rice’s money will not disappear just yet, and they would certainly like to see the arrival of a player like Eddie Nketiah.

David Moyes is keen to bring Arsenal’s Eddie Nketiah to West Ham
Although it seems unlikely that they would seek a mid-season departure, a transfer could suit Arsenal as well.

The 24-year-old is a fans’ favourite at the club, but a departure could speed up the transfer process for a target like Ivan Toney.

Brentford would reportedly be willing to accept a lower price if Arsenal were willing to pay in one instalment.

And although Mikel Arteta seems to prefer to plan bigger deals for the summer, this could be too good an opportunity to turn down.

Similarly, for West Ham and David Moyes, an Arsenal striker would be a huge boost, a player who still has so much potential.

And some at Arsenal may even be worried about how well Nketiah can progress as the club’s leading man.

It is a delicate situation that needs to be managed, and perhaps that is why it is probably necessary to wait until next summer.
