“I think they will finish…” – Unbelievable Former Spurs Boss BELITTLES Lilywhites, tells Big Ange where Tottenham will FINISH at the end of the season after the signing of Timo Werner, Radu Dragusin and Return of Micky, James Maddison

Harry Redknapp has predicted where Tottenham Hotspur will finish in the Premier League this season after a busy January.

Ange Postecoglou’s men started the season well but were briefly derailed by injuries and suspensions.

However, with players almost back from injury and the contracts of Timo Werner and Radu Dragusin looking very promising, there is reason for optimism.

If the Spurs continue to play such exciting football in the coming months, a top-four finish is a certainty.

And when Redknapp spoke on talkSPORT today, he didn’t actually dwell too much on where Tottenham could finish in the Premier League.

The former Spurs boss pointed to James Maddison’s condition as a big deciding factor this season, as well as the return of other players.

Redknapp said: ‘Maddison’s staying power is at stake at the moment, “Maddison was a big loss when he came out of the team.

“He was playing so well. But when he came back, both centre halves were suspended or injured.

“But when they get the whole squad back, I think Tottenham can finish in the top four this season. I can see them finishing fourth.”

Harry Redknapp predicts Tottenham will finish only fourth in the Premier League
Some Spurs fans might find Redknapp a bit pessimistic.

There is no doubt that Tottenham fans would accept Champions League football as progress this season – but surely there are three teams better than them?

Manchester City and Liverpool may be the runaway title challengers, but Arsenal have certainly lost momentum.

I THINK Harry has slightly underestimated Ange Postecoglou’s charges, even the blind man knows that Tottenham are likely to finish 3rd or higher this season. Despite a severe injury crisis they have shown they are better than Arsenal. If you now imagine Werner, Dragusin, James Maddison and Micky Van de Ven coming into the team, Spurs will be unstoppable.

Postecoglou’s men will now be confident that they will be right up there with their North London rivals at the end of the season.

By the way, the next North London derby is not until 27 April, which could be a very important point in the season.

Leaving aside Redknapp’s Premier League prediction, Tottenham are currently focusing on the January transfer window.
