“Massive Deal!” Fabrizio Romano Leaks Exciting News as Tottenham Targets Blockbuster January Deal Bigger than Timo Werner, Radu Dragusin!

Tottenham Hotspur have a tough task to secure Chelsea midfielder Conor Gallagher in the winter transfer window, as revealed by transfer expert Fabrizio Romano in an exclusive report for GIVEMESPORT.

As Spurs look to strengthen their squad for a decisive breakthrough into the Champions League qualifiers in the 2024/25 season, Ange Postecoglou may target the centre of midfield.

Gallagher, who plays regularly at Chelsea, has been on Tottenham’s radar for several months and a previous attempt to sign him in the summer of 2023 fell through due to Chelsea’s unwillingness.

Gallagher’s contract is even more complicated, with only 18 months left to run, which could prompt Chelsea to consider selling to avoid losing value.

While Tottenham value Gallagher at £60 million, the Mirror reports that Chelsea could offer £50 million or more. However, Spurs, who have recently invested in Radu Dragusin and loaned out Tim Werner, are hesitant to reach that amount.

Romano revealed that Tottenham like Gallagher, but there are no direct negotiations at the moment. In order to secure the centre-forward, Spurs may have to offer more than the €30 million (£26 million) and €40 million (£34 million) rumours circulating.

Romano stresses that a “very, very big package” is needed for the negotiations to progress, which means that the current situation is calm, although the gratitude for Gallagher remains. As Tottenham navigate the complications, a potential pursuit could extend beyond the current window, with the summer emerging as a strategic option.
