Done Deal, Paper works signed – Spurs have sealed another hidden special agreement with Bayern Munich after signing Harry Kane and Eric Dier [Full Details]

After recently signing Harry Kane and Eric Dier, Spurs have signed another deal with Bayern Munich.

Dier reunited with Kane in Bavaria and was on the bench against Werder Bremen on Sunday after signing a contract until the end of the season.

Bayern signed him to provide extra cover in central defence, and will have the option to extend his stay for another year.

Dier’s transfer follows the £82 million signing of England international Kane, who finally left Spurs in the summer in pursuit of major trophies.

Kane scored 26 goals in 23 games in all competitions for Thomas Tuchel’s team.

He will receive a massive £218,000 bonus in his contract for scoring six more goals, and Daniel Levy claims that Spurs have a buy-back option if Kane wants to increase his Premier League goal tally in the future.

Another interesting detail that was agreed when Kane put pen to paper was the agreement of two friendlies between the two sides.

German journalist Maximilian Koch claims that this clause was included to keep the guaranteed transfer sum below the guaranteed €100 million.

According to the Sun, the first meeting is scheduled to take place in London at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in the second week of August.

Spurs will take all the proceeds from this meeting, but it is not known when the second meeting will take place.

Bayern have already hosted Spurs in pre-season, having taken part in the annual Audi Cup in north London in 2019.

Spurs went all the way in that competition, beating Bayern on penalty kicks at the Allianz Arena after a 2-2 draw in the tournament final.

Dier did not feature and Kane came off the bench to help Spurs to the triumph, which was the only silverware won by the duo.
