Arsenal are reportedly keen to sign Leicester City star Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall next summer, according to Dean Jones.
The Canaries are reportedly keen to sign a new central midfielder to replace Thomas Partey. Douglas Luiz is thought to be the main option to reinforce the engine room in Mikel Arteta’s side, but they are also interested in Amadou Onana and Martin Zubimendi as alternative targets if they fail to sign the South American.
However, speaking to GIVEMESPORT, Jones has reported that Dewsbury-Hall is another player who would be on Arsenal’s radar to strengthen the engine room, so the north London club could decide to buy him next summer.
However, the journalist claims that Dewsbury-Hall may not be Arsenal’s preferred target, but if bought during the season, the Englishman would be a shrewd buy for Arteta’s team.
Jones further claims that Arsenal could also buy a new striker and a winger in addition to a new central midfielder, so it looks like the Emirates club will be spending big again next summer.

“Dewsbury-Hall, a player who is creative, definitely someone who would be on their radar. I know for a fact that as well as being open to signing a new striker, they feel they would need another wide player.
“I think it’s a creator like Dewsbury Hall who can be versatile and who can bring a sparkle to games. Players like that are not often available. To be honest, I don’t think he would be top of Arsenal’s list, but he is certainly someone who would fit what they are trying to do under Arteta.”
The 25-year-old, valued at around £26m by Transfermarkt, has had a stellar campaign for Leicester this season, scoring 10 goals and making just as many assists in 29 Championship appearances. The midfielder plays a key role in the Foxes’ promotion bid. They are currently top of the standings with 72 points from 30 games.
Arsenal seem to be interested in signing him after being impressed by his recent attractive performances. However, it will be interesting to see whether the north London club decide to sign Dewsbury-Hall next summer to strengthen the engine room.
