’29-year old star is Hopeless, 28-year old midfielder can’t run’ – Pundit issues David Moyes Sack Verdict, Brutally Destroys West Ham trio that Cost Hammers 6-0 defeat to Arsenal

According to Frank McAvennie, who watched West Ham’s 6-0 defeat to Arsenal, West Ham need to play better football under David Moyes.

On 11 February, the Ironmen were away at the London Stadium and suffered a humiliating defeat against Mikel Arteta’s team.

The former Kladivar striker, amid all the speculation about Moyes’ future, took on Emerson, Tomas Soucek and Ben Johnson.

Speaking exclusively to West Ham Zone, he said: ‘I don’t want Dave to leave. I want him to stay there. But I want him to play better football.

“They have better players. Not one attack. Not one player has coped with Arsenal.

“I’ve seen Johnson running around and he’s smiling. Emerson was hopeless. Soucek never kicked the ball and can’t run anymore.

“I think to myself: ‘Is this team underprepared? Is it the manager’s fault?” I don’t want them to kick people, but I want them to fight for the ball. If you lose it, you get it back.”

West Ham United must sack Moyes in the summer:

Moyes may have credits in the bank, having led the team to victory in the UEFA Europa League Conference last season, but they are running out.

If that game hadn’t happened, he would have been sacked by now, but a lot of it was down to individual successes that saved him last season.

The Kladivars, despite the quality in the first team, struggle to dominate games, which is ultimately the manager’s responsibility and there has to be a change at the end of the season.
