UNBELIEVABLE – Analyst Nick Wright Views Miami Heat As Destination For LeBron James but on ONE Condition

Miami Heat and Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James are inseparable in the eyes of the media.

James’ apparent disappointment with the Lakers has fans and pundits speculating about his next destination. Analyst Nick Wright recently listed four teams where he would like to see James, including the Heat.

“The Heat is absolutely the next team. I like the owners, the management and the coach. Playoffs Jimmy. LeBron. Bam. He’s been there. His family loves it there,” Wright said on “What’s Wright?”. Maybe they’ll make the Finals again this year. They haven’t been able to overcome the difficulties yet.”

The Heats are considered one of the most stable franchises in the league, led by team president Pat Riley and coach Erik Spoelstra. Forward Jimmy Butler and centre Bam Adebayo are a versatile tandem that has led the team to numerous NBA Finals appearances.

James has agreed to a two-year contract extension and will remain in Los Angeles until the 2024-25 season. If the Lakers are unhappy with the current roster, James’ age could lead to a trade. At 39 years old, James is averaging 24.8 points, 7.8 assists and 7.2 rebounds on 52% shooting.

James expressed his desire to retire as a Lakers player at the All-Star weekend, but that hasn’t stopped the rumours.

“I’m a Laker and I’ve been very happy and content being a Laker for the last six years and I hope to keep it that way,” James said, according to ESPN. “But I don’t have an answer to the question of how long that will last and which jersey I’ll play in. I hope it will be in a Lakes jersey. It’s a great organization with so many great players. But we will see.”
