What did Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola have to say about Arsenal and Liverpool? Let’s take a look.

Pep Guardiola’s comments on Arsenal and Liverpool:

Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has spoken ahead of Tuesday’s away game against Luton Town in the FA Cup fifth round.

Guardiola highlighted the recent successes of Arsenal and Liverpool and the number of goals scored by both teams.

Arsenal have scored four goals against Newcastle United, five against Burnley, six against West Ham United and three against Liverpool this month.

Liverpool scored four goals against Luton Town, four against Brentford and three against Burnley in February. The Reds also beat Chelsea in the Carabao Cup final on Sunday.

Guardiola said on Monday, as quoted by BeanyManSports: “I know how our opponents play, especially Aston Villa, Arsenal and Liverpool.

City have (probably) the best team in the English Premier League. Erling Haaland is back among the goalscorers and Kevin De Bruyne is back to full fitness and feeling great at the moment. The Belgian centre-forward will shortly negotiate a new contract.

The Citizens have won four of their last five Premier League games. Pep Guardiola’s charges are one point behind leaders Liverpool and one point behind Arsenal in third place.

In addition, City have won the Premier League several times in recent years. They have won the title in the last three years.

The City players understand how to get the job done in the final weeks and months of the season, so I believe they will go all the way.
