Reports confirms World-class Leicester City star could be set to LEAVE King Power stadium even if the Foxes gets promotion to the PL as EPL club to sign him on a free transfer

Everton is reportedly interested in signing Leicester City midfielder Wilfred Ndidi, whose contract expires at the end of the season.

According to Tutto Juve, Ndidi will be available on a free transfer and is attracting interest from several clubs, including Juventus, West Ham, Crystal Palace, Sevilla, Getafe, and Fenerbahce.

Ndidi, a 27-year-old defensive midfielder, has made 192 appearances in the Premier League and would be a valuable addition to Everton’s squad. With several senior players out of contract at the end of the season, including Idrissa Gueye, who plays a similar position and style to Ndidi, signing Ndidi would be a smart move for the club.

Gueye is older and his performances have declined this season, while Ndidi has been a key player for Leicester City in the Championship and is ready to return to the Premier League.

If Everton avoids relegation, signing Ndidi would be a perfect start to their rebuilding process. With no transfer fee and relatively modest wages, Ndidi would be an upgrade to the squad and a good signing for manager Sean Dyche to start with.

The summer transfer window is expected to be busy for Everton, with several exits expected due to the club’s financial situation. Signing Ndidi would be a shrewd move, considering his experience and quality, and would help the club build a stronger squad for the future.

Additionally, Ndidi’s ability to read the game and make crucial interceptions would be a valuable asset to Everton’s defense, which has struggled at times this season. Overall, signing Ndidi would be a great piece of business for Everton and a step in the right direction for the club’s future.
