Defiant Rangers star Nicolas Raskin is obsessed with The Hoops as he sends Shocking Warning to Celtic and Brendan Rodgers following Gers hard-fought 1-0 win over Hearts

Defiant Nicolas Raskin has declared that Rangers are far from conceding the Premiership title race, issuing a warning to both Celtic and Aberdeen: “We’re not done yet.”

The Light Blues were far from their best against Hearts on Sunday night, but Cyriel Dessers’ decisive strike secured a vital win at Ibrox.

Despite the victory, Rangers remain nine points adrift of the summit, with Celtic and Aberdeen both tied on 31 points, the Hoops leading on goal difference.

Philippe Clement’s side face an uphill battle to close the gap on the leaders and reignite their fading title hopes.

At present, their most realistic target appears to be securing second place as Aberdeen threaten to split the Old Firm.

However, Raskin, speaking after the narrow victory over the Jambos, is adamant it’s too early to count Rangers out of the race.

Asked if Rangers were feeling the heat of chasing Celtic and Aberdeen, the Belgian midfielder told Premier Sports:

“No, we’re not feeling the pressure. We focus on ourselves. We’re taking it game after game.

“We know what we have to do, we know we’ve lost points, and we know we have to get them back. But the season is still long and we’re trying to take it game by game and do our best. It’s not done yet.”

With plenty of football still to be played, Raskin’s defiance captures the fighting spirit within the Rangers camp as they aim to claw their way back into contention.
