Manager Calum McIntyre expressed his enthusiasm for the signing, stating:
“Jimmy becomes another young goalkeeper that joins us from a Premier League club in recent years.

“He joins us after a really successful loan spell further down the pyramid and we are really pleased to get him.

“It was important that we brought a goalkeeper in after Elyh’s return to Manchester United and Jimmy is a really good fit.

“We had significant goalkeeping options but knew what we wanted. He has got senior experience already this season, he is an impressive physical profile and is highly thought of at Wolves.

“We have a decent track record with goalkeepers in recent seasons and we trust that Jimmy will be the latest young goalkeeper that develops in his time with us.

“We thank Wolves for trusting us with the next stage of his development and look forward to seeing Jimmy in a Chester shirt.”

Storer is set to bolster Chester’s squad for the remainder of the campaign, with fans eager to see how his size, experience, and skills will contribute to the team’s success.
