The Scottish FA has confirmed that John Beaton will officiate next Sunday’s Premier Sports Cup Final between Celtic and Rangers at Hampden Park.

Philippe Clement’s Rangers, the current holders, are looking to retain the title he secured last year in a 2-1 win over Aberdeen.

John Beaton Takes Charge
Beaton, a 42-year-old experienced official, will oversee the match. It marks his second Glasgow derby this season, having been in charge of Celtic’s 3-0 league win over Rangers at Parkhead in September.
He will be assisted by David McGeachie and Jonathan Bell on the lines, with Steven McLean as fourth official. VAR duties will be handled by Alan Muir and assistant Frank Connor.
