“We didn’t find the final pass. Sometimes I think the positioning in the box wasn’t perfect so we have to look at that and make it better next game.”

Despite Arsenal dominating possession, Everton’s defensive organisation was exceptional.
According to Sofascore, the Gunners were restricted to an xG of just 1.22 and managed to create only one clear-cut chance during the match. It was a disciplined and determined display that deservedly earned the Toffees a point.
