Nottingham Forest owner Evangelos Marinakis continues to expand his footballing empire, with recent reports linking him to a potential acquisition of Brazilian club Vasco da Gama.

According to TuttoMercatoWeb, former AS Roma CEO Lina Souloukou is “ready” to take on the role of CEO for Marinakis’ expanding group, which currently includes Nottingham Forest, Olympiacos, and Portuguese side Rio Ave. Souloukou is expected to collaborate closely with Edu as the network develops.
The report also mentions Francois Modesto, Monza’s current technical director, as another potential addition to Marinakis’ team.
Modesto, who previously worked with Souloukou in Greece, is being targeted for a role within the group.
Monza are reportedly open to letting the 46-year-old leave, while AS Roma had also shown interest in him during the summer.
