Leicester City’s January transfer window activity is gathering momentum as they close in on multiple deals.
Woyo Coulibaly is set to join Leicester after the club agreed on a £3 million deal with Serie A side Parma.
The defender has already passed his medical and could be unveiled ahead of the game against Crystal Palace later today.
In addition, Leicester have recalled Tom Cannon and are considering a permanent sale to either Sunderland or Sheffield United.
If the deal goes through, the funds raised could bolster Leicester’s transfer budget, with manager Ruud van Nistelrooy reportedly eyeing three more signings this month.

Leicester Recall Amani Richards from Exeter City
On Wednesday morning, Exeter City confirmed that Leicester had recalled Amani Richards from his season-long loan spell.
Richards, primarily a winger, had impressed for Leicester’s under-21s last season, contributing eight goal involvements in 19 appearances.
A loan move to League One was expected to aid his progression, but the stint did not go as planned. He logged only 200 minutes of football and has been absent from Exeter’s matchday squads since November.
His recall this month appeared inevitable given his limited opportunities.
What’s Next for Richards?
A fresh loan move seems likely for the 20-year-old, although a step down to League Two might be the best path for his development. Gaining consistent game time in professional football would be more beneficial than returning to Leicester’s reserves.
The club is expected to focus on arranging a six-month loan for Richards before the transfer window closes on February 3rd.
