EXCLUSIVE – Ange Postecoglou told to SELL Spurs star who is worst than Richarlison, he contributes NOTHING to the team, he’s a Liability [He needs to go]

John Wenham thinks Bryan Gil should be sold permanently, not sent out on loan, because “he won’t make it at Tottenham”.

Gil has struggled since arriving in the Premier League two and a half years ago and has spent most of his Spurs career in La Liga, first with Valencia and then with his former team Sevilla.

According to Fabrizio Romano via his personal X account (9 January), Fiorentina and Feyenoord are interested in signing the out-of-shape winger on loan in January.

Wenham reacted to this news and hinted that a temporary swap is not the way to go for the Spaniard.

Speaking exclusively to Tottenham News, Wenham said: ‘Speaking to Tottenham News, Gil said, “It’s obvious I’m going to leave the club. But I don’t see the point in going on another loan abroad.

“Some people have told me that a loan would increase his value and the chances of him moving permanently, but I don’t know how.

“Last year he was literally on loan, he won the Europa League with Sevilla and played a very good role in that, but it still didn’t lead to a permanent move.

“Unfortunately it looks like he’s not going to make it at Tottenham, I think we’re at that crossroads now, and I just think the club needs to sell him, even if it’s for a pretty low starting fee, but it’s big add-ons that could maybe work for a Spanish club.

“He has to go, I just don’t see him getting enough playing time, especially with Manor Solomon coming back from injury and obviously with Timo Werner now being able to play in exactly the same position as him.”
