Even if Rudkin is dismissed in the coming months, the damage has already been done. Relegation seems almost inevitable this season, and regardless of which league Leicester find themselves in for the 2025/26 campaign, a major rebuild is essential.
Profit and Sustainability Rules (PSR) remain a concern, and key players like Mads Hermansen may need to be sold to generate funds for new signings.
The club also urgently needs to find a replacement for 38-year-old Jamie Vardy, while a complete overhaul of the defense is long overdue.
