You’ve probably noticed that Leicester City have an incredibly talented attacking player who consistently finds himself on the substitutes’ bench. Some members of the Blue Army believe Foxes manager Ruud van Nistelrooy doesn’t particularly rate or favor Facundo Buonanotte.
However, many fans, including myself, feel the Brighton & Hove Albion loanee could make a significant impact if given a starting role.
For instance, van Nistelrooy has been handing starts to inconsistent players like Jordan Ayew, which raises questions about his selection choices.
So, why isn’t Buonanotte being given more meaningful minutes, especially when Leicester are in desperate need of goals and other forwards continue to underperform?
Alongside this issue, there’s another problem at the King Power Stadium: the presence of players who are no longer needed. A couple of individuals on the roster are essentially stealing a living, highlighting the mismanagement at the club. At least one player will soon be off the payroll, but who among the surplus Foxes is likely to depart in the summer?
