David Moyes has shared his feelings about departing from West Ham United, revealing that he feels “pretty beaten up” but harbors no resentment over the circumstances surrounding his exit.
Acknowledging the heightened expectations during his tenure, Moyes believes that now is the opportune moment for a change, with Julen Lopetegui poised to assume the role of head coach at the conclusion of the Premier League season.

I get it. You always want more when you’re a football supporter. I have no problems with that at all.

In the interim, Moyes will join the BBC punditry team for the Euros next month and intends to spend quality time with his wife in the north west before embarking on his next endeavor.
He added: “I don’t mean that in a bad way. I think I’m quite shy actually behind all this and because of that I’m not into (fist bumps in the air), you know what I mean? I’m not quite that type of manager. Sometimes I really wish I was. Sometimes it might be a bit more sexy, maybe I need to get my teeth bigger or something.”
